Paul Skiba of Focused Wellness Consulting

Paul is enthusiastic, informed and passionate about bringing the information and techniques to YOU that will keep you vibrant and strong.  He holds a Bachelor Of Kinesiology (Hons) and is a Certified Kinesiologist and a Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Paul worked as Fitness Manager for one of Canada's largest fitness chains where he began to see a problem with the traditional approach to training.  He was unhappy with the traditional approach to exercise and felt that more could be done than just stand next to someone while they are sitting and using the new pieces of fitness equipment.

He has continually expanded his knowledge through educational
courses and independent study in the field of body and movement assessment, functional exercise and holistic nutrition and well being. This specialized knowledge is applied in clinical settings to rehabilitate injuries, identify and fix muscular imbalances and work with senior patients on balance and fall prevention.

His manner is compassionate and informed, the opposite of traditional boot camp trainers.  He will assist you in finding a pace that is right for you and adjust the program as you progress.
